CLASSIFICATION: ENTITY
WARNING TYPE: DANGER
STATE OF BEING: CURRENTLY CONTAINED IN S-1.
CASE #0001, nicknamed "RansBurg", is a cognito-hazard, documented
during March of 2012. The main appearance appears to be an
amalgamation of parts, with a distorted healthbar at the top,
alongside with meshes stuck on top of the entity.
Their main function is utilizing the 5 human senses for their own gain,
said to affect players in different ways. For the sense of touch, it would
get close to a player, sticking itself on their avatar, kicking the player out.
For the sense of hearing, RansBurg would play a sound with impossible
frequencies, getting the players to leave the game that it resides in.
For the sense of taste however, it would turn itself into a unassuming gear,
and if you interacted with it, it would promptly crash your game.
Finally, for the sense of sight, it would make itself impossible to look at without
migraines.
One of the main ways we managed to counter most of the entity's
abilities is via a script that detects which human sense the entity is
targeting, then hinders those abilities. For hearing, we would replace the sound
with something else, letting you know that the entity is currently attempting to
escape. And for sight, the script would plaster censor-boxes across the entity, making it
impossible to see as showcased in the photo.
The owner of the game said that it was spotted near the edge of the
baseplate and that he had to deal with the entity switching to his
other games whenever he tried to leave it alone.
Although the script works well for the entity, you should still
exercise caution regarding RansBurg. For example, when monitoring
them, be sure to shine the lights on the entity, and if it is
spotted moving, then you can proceed with a controlled attack,
to stop RansBurg from moving further.
